These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of eqfunding.com and the application platform (the "Services") operated by Vertex Innovation Collective LLC, doing business as EQ Funding ("EQ Funding," "we," "us"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
EQ Funding is a financing marketplace and broker. We are not a lender, and we do not make credit decisions. When you submit an application, we route it to third-party lenders in our network who independently decide whether to extend an offer and on what terms. Any financing agreement is between you and the lender. EQ Funding is compensated by lenders on closed transactions.
Submitting an application does not guarantee that you will receive an offer, a particular rate, or funding within any particular timeframe. Calculators, rate ranges, timelines, and example deal profiles on this site are illustrations based on typical network activity — they are not quotes, pre-approvals, or commitments to lend. Actual terms are set solely by the lender after reviewing your file.
You agree that the information you submit is accurate and that you are authorized to submit it on behalf of your business. You authorize us to share your application with lenders in our network as described in the Privacy Policy, and you consent to being contacted about your application as described there.
You may not use the Services to submit false or fraudulent applications, interfere with the operation of the site, or attempt to access data that is not yours.
The site, including its design, copy, and brand assets, is owned by Vertex Innovation Collective LLC. Press may use the brand assets provided on our press page in accordance with the guidelines there.
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EQ Funding is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, or for the acts, omissions, or terms offered by third-party lenders. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Vertex Innovation Collective LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the effective date above. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
