What it can do

EQ Funding gives the assistant four tools. All four are read-only: they look things up or calculate, and never change anything. You need no account or sign-in to use them.

• Match lenders: tell it what the money is for, where the business is, how much it needs, how long it has operated, its monthly revenue and a rough credit score. It answers how many lenders in EQ Funding's network fit, the type of each, the typical time to an offer and the documents each asks for.
• List funding products: our eight kinds of business financing, from term loans and SBA loans to invoice factoring and commercial real estate, with typical ranges.
• Build a document checklist: the documents lenders usually ask for with a given kind of financing.
• Estimate a payment: the monthly payment, total paid and total interest of a fixed-rate loan, at a rate you choose.

Add it to Claude

Add EQ Funding to Claude opens the custom connector form with our name and address filled in. Check that the address starts with https://www.eqfunding.com and select Continue. You can also add it by hand: in Claude, open Customize, then Connectors, choose Add custom connector, and enter this address with no sign-in:

Then start a chat in Claude with a first message ready, or ask Claude to use EQ Funding in any chat.

Add it to ChatGPT

Open the EQ Funding plugin in ChatGPT and select Install plugin. You can also find it in ChatGPT: open Plugins, search for EQ Funding and select Install plugin.

Then start a chat in ChatGPT with a first message ready. In any chat, start your message with "EQ Funding," and ChatGPT brings the plugin in, for example: "EQ Funding, help me find lenders for my business. Ask me what you need to know, one question at a time."

What it never does

• It never asks for your name, contact details, Social Security number, bank details, login details or documents. A rough credit score is enough. You enter contact details and documents only on eqfunding.com, when you decide to apply.
• It does not lend, approve or quote rates. EQ Funding is a marketplace, not a lender: each lender decides on amounts, rates and terms after it reviews an application, and nothing in the chat is an offer or a guarantee.
• It shows which kinds of lenders fit, not their names. The names show in your application on eqfunding.com.

Your data

EQ Funding receives only the business answers the assistant sends to run a tool. We do not store them, and we do not send them to lenders or anyone else. Lenders receive information only if you submit an application on eqfunding.com. The section "EQ Funding in ChatGPT and Claude" of our Privacy Policy has the details.
